Make a 2nd copy of basic Realityfactory .Most, if not all, of the demos copy the directory structure of /realityfactory.All you have to do is put the /bitmaps in /bitmaps, /scripts in /scripts,etc Usually if they don't run, it's because RF editor doesn't know where your 'gameentitydatatypes.h' is, if they don't work then it's because the entities have changed since I wrote the tutorials. Everything worked when I wrote it!
Note in the 'curve_building' and 'church blender' be sure to CTRL-J join the 2 curves in object mode before you ALT-C convert to mesh. You can draw them in any viewport and rotate them later.

lightmap works in unity 3d now, I think all textures for the color map must be 1 bitmap, and go 'swap uvs' on the fbx import.
Warning: I had my computer lock up when exporting some 1024x1024 example bitmaps, I had to unplug it and start it again, no harm done, but definitely a bug.
